Cancellation Policy
Aurora Wellness Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Aurora Wellness, your appointment time is reserved just for you. I understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change. To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask that you review my policy below:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. This allows me the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client in need.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 30% service charge.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients. Full service fees will still apply.
Emergencies
I understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at my discretion.
